I have been seeing artifacts and textures not loading in game. I alt tabbed to check the temp of my gpu and it was around 90C. When I alt tabbed I noticed the bars on my desktop as well so it isn't a CSGO only problem. Any ideas? It's a Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4870. 8 gig pc 6400 ram. Intel Quad core Q6600 @ 2.4. Asus p5q mobo, 650w corsair psu. I also just got a blue screen while ingame and it says flt_mgr error. I cleaned out the dust and it runs 10C cooler however still see the bars only sometimes. Have you tried changing the GPU drivers to the latest (or reverting back to an earlier, working) version?

Do you have another working computer you could run the video card on?
