What is labeled GPU Temp #2 and GPU Temp #3 in GPU-Z?

And how hot should those temps get?
 
Generally, keeping all three temps under 90c is enough for stable operation on most GPUs.

As for what GPU temp 2 and 3 are, they're sensors that are placed throughout the GPU die, but exact locations have not been made available from AMD.
