GPU Water Block for Shuttle

I am looking for a 3/8 GPU block for my 9800pro in my Shuttle. I have tried to get my hands on a xIce block with out any luck. I do have a 1/4 thermaltake block but I don't want to go 1/4. Anybody have any other suggestions?
 
Im a machinest and can make the block BUT im so busy right now that it wont be till the first of the year b4 i would be able to get it done.
