What happened to the GPU scaling options? It doesn't just not work, they aren't even there anymore? This new CCC is useless. I know the old one wasn't great, but this looks like something that was built for Windows 95. I cannot comprehend the level of incompetence that would lead a person to release this as an upgrade over the old control panel.

Its in there. I dont have it in front of me now but if I recall correctly you have to got to the displays manager part and either go to the monitor properties or use that little triangle thing.

Of course for me, on Win 7, and hooked up to an HDMI screen its grayed out.

Open CCC > Desktops & Displays. Right-click the picture of the monitor in the lower left and click Configure. You should see a tab called scaling options. That should get you fixed.

If it is grayed out, lower the desktop resolution. Annoying but it works. I had to go from 1920x1200 to 1440x900. Nothing else in between worked.
