GPU Fan Speed

I have setup Rivatuner to adjust the default/idle fan speed of my GTX 280s. I switched it from 40% to 60%. The problem is, as soon as I restart the computer, these settings are lost and I have to go back in and manually do it again.

Anyone have a possible fix for this or maybe another program that does the same thing but wont lose the settings after restarting?
