and also when my comp got turned off i got a buch of work units completed but like 1 point each in 3 differnt updates.
How do you get 1 point in total from 5 WU? So from that 600 pointer i got 88 points and 13 WU.

4pm 79point 1WU
7pm 8point 7WU
10pm 1point 5WU

Is your system overclocked? An unstable overclock causes errors like that. Check your log for the error message.

What Ice9 said. FAH is very sensitive to overclock. It is like running Prime95 constantly. It will find instabilities in your system that you didn't know existed.

I am guessing your system is overclocked.

As far as turning off the computer, at most, you lost 30 minutes to an hour of processing and probably less since your computer is stumbling anyways.

my comp isnt OCed, my mo-bo is junk and wont let me up the voltage and this is what i got

[01:27:15] Writing local files
[01:27:24] Extra SSE boost OK.

I would suggest deleting your whole folder and starting again. If that doesn't work, then something in your computer is unstable (probably memory) and it will get more complicated.

Thank god I'm the only one that comes near my machine.

Unplug the power switch from the motherboard, and change the policy in windows to take away the power down option.

Just add the power button to a secret place when you need to power up.

Or buy a $.35 key switch and mod it in place of your power button. No key no workie (well they can still pull the power cord) and use group policy to remove shutdown as well
