Got a trojan horse thing. Please help. CWS IE redirector.

The Trojan Horse is the CWS IE redirector.



I have run CWS shredder and it says its clean however it comes back after a while. I have run ad-ware, spybot, and spywareblaster to get this resolved with no luck.



Here is my Hijackthis log from the my Home PC. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated.
 
there is a new CWS mini smartkiller
also I highly recommend the new adawarepro SE 1.03
boot into safe mode and run it - should do it
