Good SFF HTPC Cases?

Can people recommend what are the better SFF cases for HTPC use? I'd like a full-height case with a small/simple LCD touch screen control panel interface.
 
full height...and sff? the two are mutually exclusive. please define your needs/wants better, with more details.
 
It fits the big 10.5" video cards so thats a plus. I wonder what it costs?

IDK what you're really wanting if you say full height and SFF...

I have this case. It doesn't have a touch screen but could probably be modded to have one pretty easily. It's not a pure HTPC case, but it does look good next to pretty much anything. It will hold really long video cards.
 
Didnt Tt come out with a SFF/mATX case with a touch screen? I seem to remember they did. The screen was an extra $700 if I remember correctly. Its been a while and I forget who came out with it.
