I would check out the Cooler Master Real Power 450. It's great, stable and will last you a very long time. You can get it at FrozenCPU for about $77. But you should read the stickies first before you make a thread.
 
Pay 30.00 more get a Neopower. lol sorry I know its only 60-90, but its like 116.00 for a newpower.. So close yet so far! :p
 
Neo-Power 480w is definatly worth the extra Bucks - Its efficient (i.e. only uses the power you need), its reliable, and is the better bought PSU in the market (correct me if im wrong).

Id agree on the rexamination of your budget
buy PSUs based on what they are powering not on a preconcieved budget
its better to run your rig out of a cardboard box with a good PSU
than to try to power it with a marginal supply
