Hey everyone,

I'm sort of new to the forums (finally decided to register)..

I'm planning on oc-ing my Barton 2500+ to probably 3200+ but obviously can't with the stock HSF ;). I've ran my system at 11x200 and 1.70v and WinXP boots and runs fine, it's just not very stable (as expected) with programs.

I'm wondering, what would be some good options for new HSF cooling, and particularly, which choices are considered "quiet"? Preferably, I'd like to keep my system as quiet and cool as possible. Thanks! :D

Thanks guys!

How do those HSF's fare in keep Barton's cool at 3200+ speeds, roughly (tempwise)? Thanks again.

The SP97 with a relatively good fan (at least 30cfm) should keep it in the 30's idle and probably mid 40's load... depending on your vCore.
