Good business card maker software

Simply looking for a decent program to create business cards. Nice and inexpensive. If there is already a popular program (such as photoshop CS or something) that already has this software built in, that's fine too. Thanks.

The software is typically included with the card stock, or you can download, for free, the Avery business card software. It's all pretty basic stuff, but it works.
