I want a good 1/4" ID water block for my 6800GT that will cover both memory and GPU (or come with goodf ram sinks) that will be better than my NV5 silencer. Trying to go fanless!!

The best block on the market (that is locally available assuming your in the USA) is the Aqua Computer AquagraFX 6800 rev 2 cooler. Not cheap at about $100, but definitely the best for what you want to do. The GPU sink floats in the block so that there are no problems with memory to GPU mismatchs common with almost all other designs of combo coolers.

Just noticed your from the UK so Jessica at LeftClicks should be able to help you out. :)

For full coverage blocks, there's the Innovatek NV40 series, which are in the $100 to $130 range, depending on the different revisions and LED option. Those are solid anodized aluminum with nickel plated copper for the core. One that has caught my eye is Alphacool's NexXxos NV40. It's all copper and has a plexiglass cover, and holes for LED's if so desired. Here is that one: http://www.alphacool.de/upload//high/12269_1.jpg (you might need to buy it from Alphacool directly, and that's in Germany). Both coolers have G1/4" threads, so a lot of fittings work.

The Aqua Computer one is nice I suppose, but I don't like the way it looks.

For single/core only blocks, I would reccomend an Alphacool GPX with a 6800 mount, Aqua Computer's Twinplex (with said mount) or their Twinplex Pro.
