Hi.
I bought a Pinnacle PCTV Stereo Tuner and when i installed it (i tried all PCI slots) the system won't start (fans work but no keyboard lights, no video card initializing, nothing). Sometimes, the computer starts with the tuner and all works fine. Without the tuner it always starts. I have a 2100XP proc, GA 7VAX, GE4 MX440 and 256Mb DDRAM.
I tried to remove the Bios battery, disable all onboard features on the mobo, exchange PCI slots... everything. Nothing seems to work.
Can you tell me if there is an incompatibility between my mobo and the tuner? Have you ever heard that before?
