Ghost 9 SATA driver issues

We just got a bunch of new dell machines here at work, and I have created an ghost image to spit out onto all the new systems (the image is tested and is working locally). Since we don't have physical access to the routers here, I am not going to be able to do any network install. So, I've resorted to burning the working image to DVD-Rs. They boot just fine on, but when I am prompted for loading any SATA drivers (Which I have on a Dell Floppy), I get an error when trying to load the proper driver from the floppy and the system hangs up.
Any input would be great.

i had the same problem for the longest time, now im not longer a technician here it doesn't matter to me but I want to know this answer from all the damn time i spent on it
