Getting security prompt on UNC path

I am setting up a deployment for adobe flash 10 so I have a basic cmd file that just launches the msi with the quiet flag. doing this has always worked, but today, for whatever reason, I'm getting one of those security warnings in windows to execute the file.

If I add the server in the trusted sites, it works, but we've never had to do that before so why would we have to now, for this one install, when all the others work?

Has anyone ever seen this before and is there a way to fix this?

I managed to find a way that works, using the exe. Everywhere i read pointed to /silent being the flag but that was not working, then I found this:

Apparantly Adobe decided it was fun to screw with people and change the flag to /install. I also don't get any security prompts when using the exe.
