Getting into Water Cooling

Hello Everyone,

I have been thinking about getting into water cooling for quiet some time now but I just couldn't figure out where to start.

My current system is:

A8N-SLI Premium
San Diego 3700+ Overclocked to 2.7ghz
Corsair XMS 2GB 3-3-3-8 at 250mhz
eVGA 7600GT at 605/800

In the future I was thinking about building my system around AM2. So my question is this, which water cooling solution would you recommend for a beginner in water cooling. The system should be fairly cheap $250ish would be max. It should also be a complete system, Radiator, blocks, tubing, etc.

As of now I'm just trying to get some feedback to point be into the right direction.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

P.S. I want to be able to cool the CPU aswell as the Video Card with the system. Also, is water cooling even worth it now? Would I gain a lot more then high end air cooling? How much are the price differences?
