Hey there, Im going to be building a new PC soon (Gaming, for LAN partys) I've got most of the stuff down

Gigabyte 8I915G-MF Intel Socket 775 MicroATX Motherboard / Audio / PCI Express / Gigabit LAN / USB 2.0 / Serial ATA

I still need a few things, but this is basicially the system, I have a few questions.

Will any CPU fan work?(Stanard sizes) or do you need some sort of smaller Matx fan/?

Any standard vido card will work correct?

How loud do these usually get?

Where can I get JUST the cases (Ive heard that most SFF come with Mobos, but Ide prefere to get this Mobo with a seperate case) preferably a canadian store.

The Antec Aria has been a popular choice though I think its as ugly as sin. Look at Micro ATX cases on newegg for more choices. Due to the small size, the SFF's are producing more heat and thus the fans have to work harder so they can get pretty noisey depending on configuration of hardware and fans. They typicall use all fans sizes from 40mm up to 120mm depending on hardware, equipment, case, PSU, ect..ect...

Keep in mind also the Micro ATX board selection is pretty poor, so don't expect a wide selection.

Pretty much any video card will work if it will physicall fit, many dual slot coolers won't fit in SFF's depending on the case.

Shuttles are complete systems, you cannot buy the case seperately, so your left with other companies such as MSI, Aopen among others for choices in Micro ATX.
 
I found a sight with the Antec with just the case+ power supply. It looks pretty nice, Im just worrying that the 300W PSU wont be powerful enough, will any stock ATX PSU fit inside the case?

Not they won't fit, its a propritery design. I would assume being Antec that PSU should be good quality because if it is, wattage doesn't mean much. Case in point, the top of the line Shuttles use 250watt PSU's and people have FX-55, 6800GT, dual Raptors and DVD burners and have no problems with them. They run hotter and harder, but because there quality standards are very high, they can beat a cheap 350watt PSU.
 
The cpu fan has to fit the heatsink. They are ussually 80mm, but also come in 92mm and 120mm sizes.

It's fine if you don't overclock. It sucks if you do. If the case was 1/2" longer they could use a full sized-ATX PSU, so it's really quite a stupid sacrifice.

But in all fairness @ stock you shouldn't have to worry about power reqs on most of the SFFs, no matter what you put in it.
