I have a very old computer I am trying to install Linux on. However the computer doesn't have support for booting from CDs. SO I tried creating a Smart Boot manager floppy boot disk. It worked because I tested it on another computer. However when I tried booting from it on the old computer, it gave me a SBMK missing or error or something.
I have a Windows 98 boot disk that will allow me to boot into a DOS system with CD support.

Is there another floppy boot disk or something I could use to boot into the CD? Or better yet is there a way to boot the disk from inside the DOS system?
