Getting A+ Certified

[JeffB]

Does anyone know of a testing site for A+ that's around Dearborn, Michigan?
And what the test format is?

There is a New Horizons Computer Learning Center in Livonia. They have been great, and have been the key factor in my A+, Net+, MCSA, and soon to be MCSE. It's just north of 96 on Farmington Road - http://www.nhmichigan.com/Planning/Locations/Livonia.htm They've been a great place for computer training, at least for me. If their instructors don't maintain a consistent 90% student approval, they get sacked. All of my instructors have been great knowledgable people that will gladly tell you how enterprise IT stuff really works.

As for the Format, tool around on comptia.org and see what you can find out. I can't say much about the exam - I'm under NDA

And another question, is there an age requirement for the testing?

don't believe so, if there is, it must be very very low
