My setup
i5 4670k CPU
ASus maximus hero MOBO
750 hx PSU
samsung 840 evo 500gb SSD
corsair xms3 4x(2gb sticks) RAM
Sapphire Radeon hd 6850 GPU

I know BSOD code 124 is hardware... but iono what exactly
 
124 Means that you need more voltage(usually Vcore, but sometimes bumping Vring helps too). Can you post your values for:

Core Ratio:
Vid:
Vcore:
Cache Ratio:
Cache Voltage:
VCCIN:
CStates:
Ram voltage:

Also what program(s) is causing the crash? (stress test, game, browsing, etc)
 
I figured it out, i just lowered my multiplier... 4.3 gigs at 1.205 vcore right now. I think thats sufficient enough

I was using prime 95 stress test while playing skyrim
