I just bought my BFG 6800 GT OC 2 days ago and now there going to give away Doom 3 WTH lol. I wonder if I will be able to get a free copy or not.

What do you guys think I should do try to get a free copy or just say screw it and buy the game.

well if you want the card too, go for it.
im not all that impressed with doom...if I could do it again id wait a while for the price to come down.
 
Heh. Mine came with Far Cry.

I had just bought Far Cry a month before. And Doom was on preorder.

I was screwed either way.

(Although there's a warm fuzzy feeling of having the games you want preordered - I'm gaming until Christmas without spending another dime. HL2, GTA, Halo2... all there.)

so is someone bundling doom3 with 6800gt's other than compusa?
 
afaik the free doom3 is only for pny cards at compusa, not nvidia cards in general.

in other words, buy doom3 :)
