Ok, does this card have 64bit memory of 32...I'm curious because Nvidia claims 64, while a couple reviews list it at 32bit.

I can't find a single 16MB go 6200 laptop for sale anywhere. It's hard to find even a 32MB go 6200. The go 6200 TE (tablet edition?) seems to only come in a 64MB version.

But i guess it's possible to make a 32-bit memory width module since the NV44M, like the NV44, can do that as a minimum. I just can't find any for sale.
