I have two video cards in my rig. I have a dual ATI PCI card with im using for my 2 19" LCDs. I also have an old GeFORCE 3 AGP that has S-Video out as well as DB9 for VGA out.

The problem is that i don't have the CD that came with either card. They are both working properly after a default WinXP install. The AGP card is listed in device manager as "NVIDIA GEFORCE 3 Ti 200 (Microsoft Corperation)"

The problem is that id like to use TV-Out from that AGP card, but i have no option in display properties to even enable it. I was wondering if anyone knew any software i could download to enable this....
 
Go to Nvidia.com and download the latest drivers.

You might need to download the WDM driver aswell. (under drivers > Multimedia software)

After everything is install just go to control panel display properties and click on the tab for settings then find the advance button. Browse the tabs and it should have output options for the monitor and tv.
