Gddr3

im not 100% positive on this, but they are the same thing. there is

DDR
DDR2
GDDR3

those are how they are setup.
 
DDR1 is the same on both system ram and graphics. GDDR2 (5800, 5700, 9800 256) is somewhere between DDR and GDDR3, but it has higher voltages than GDD3, so it runs very hot. GDDR3 is the maturation of the GDDR2 tech and runs very cool, but has abysmal yeilds atm. DDR2 is a system ram thing and while sharing the same voltage as GDDR3 and hence having the same thermal advantages, the manner in which is functions is different from regular DDR and has no graphics counterpart.
