It recently got sunny and warm where I live, and while it's clear I felt I should get out and do something productive. So I'm cleaning up a Gateway case
I have plently of paint, clear, fish eye reducer and all the goods laying around. So the goal is to spend zero dollars. I'm going for time. I want it to turn it out good. Main thing I'm doing is just perfecting my dremel, painting, and creative thinking skills. I actually have no ambitions to use the case. It may sit and be a backup, or go to a friend for a temporary case to save him some cash on a new build.
Figured a log would do it justice.
Here's a photo I actually found on [H] of the same exact case.
Here's what I got so far:
^^^^ Notice the huge hole where the I/O sheild is. That's going to be a pain to make a shield that actually fits.
