Gaming with this CPU ?

Its basicaly a e8 series chip with half the cache and all the overclocking potential. There is no better buy out there for under $130....Period.
 
Echoing the posters above me. e7200 is the way to go. If you overclock, you can easily get a solid 3-3.16GHz on stock cooling.

Also, the e2180 might be worth looking into if you're really on a budget. e2180 + better graphics card >>> e7200 + worse graphics card. But that's only if you're willing to OC.
 
iam ocing my chip to 3.6ghz 400fsb 1:1 ratio

its easy hell you can leave everything stock and just raside the fsb to 333mhz and your already at 3.1ghz

get a cheap video card and your allset like an ati 4850 or soemthing
 
i like the p45 P5Q Pro
it makes it really easy to oc to 3.6ghz and 400fsb
