Here's the system i have come up with for my nephew's £200-£300 gaming rig, what do you think? is there any room for improvment anywhere within the budget?

try for a better case. not sure at all about the psu and it could cause all sorts of issues.
I suppose he will be playing older games? See if you can squeeze a bit better video card and more memory.
