1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

Mostly Gaming, but I want to multi-task,and encode video.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

I planned a budget of 1200 dollars with tax using an Intel build, but now considering AMD because I could build a nice rig for a grand.

3) Where do you live?

Northeast Ohio

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. Please be very specific.

I have a pc case.Antec 900,so basically I need everything else.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

N/A

6) Will you be overclocking?

Yes,but nothing major.I have never overclocked.

7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?

24"

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?

Within the next week.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? etc.

No.I don't plan on using 2 video cards, but I would like to game in 3D eventually.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license?

I have Windows XP,but would like to get Windows 7,and go with a dual boot.

I will be using this mostly for gaming.I would love to go the i7/i5 route, but my budget is not going to get me what I really want. So,I want to build a kick ass AMD system.I'm not worried about DX11at this point.I will let the prices of i7 come down in the following months, and find a sweet spot.So basically I want to play all of the current games.I know I want a 24" inch monitor, but not sure at what resolution. If I can build a great amd system for a 1000 dollars I will have a couple hundred left for a keyboard, mouse, speakers ect...

I have Antec 900

Need everything else.

On a side note, I want at least a 3 gig chip.

Thanks.
