Is there a difference between the 5200 and 5200 plus (as advertised on compusa.com in the adds section)?

QFT. If you want a decent card cheap, the TI4200 is your best bet. Its a lot faster than the 5200 at non DX9 apps (most games out there), and can be found for around the same price.

Come on though man. You can't beat $49 dollars AR's. I'm not looking for anything great, just something to take a little load off my CPU. But thankyou for the suggestion. I will keep an eye out for the TI4200.
