Wow! That’s good to know, since I just last week bought the exact same model speakers.... How difficult was it to get the company to replace them?
 
well, I'd fill out the warranty card right away.

they weren't too bad...three to four emails to their customer service, answering varying questions, and then they said they'd ship out replacements. I'm curious as to how long they'll take to actually get here, but they said they were shipping replacements out...

overall, pretty good customer service so far.
