Full tower case and cables?

Has anyone run into problems with cable managment for a full tower case? Have cables been to short etc when you try and tuck them away? I'm just wondering, becuase I am getting a full tower and this question just popped into my head.

Is there some place you can get cable extensions for all the cables needed in a computer system if I need them?

it depends on your cables. Usually the power supply rails are quite long. I managed pretty good with an Antec 1000AMG case, and I find full towers allow you to hide cables better than mid towers. Look around at the different tower pics in this forum. Also there is a thread called "rate my cables" or something like that, not far down.
