FTP Upload Failed?

I'm running FAH GPU Tracker V2 and its showing lots of "FTP Upload Failed" errors. Looks like its my GPU client that is messed up. Anyone have a clue on what could cause this?
 
happens if the server goes down.. if its still doing it try restarting the client see if it reconnects.
 
I will try that again, but when i did it before it did nothing
 
check any firewalls, make sure windows stupid firewall didn't re-enable. mine always re-enables when ever i decide to do windows updates.. its not suppose to block F@H but it does sometimes.
 
Windows firewall is off. Still getting the error. Getting the following when I start my GPU client.
