FSP group released a new series of PSUs called Hyper series. I am interested to buy a FSP Hyper 600. It is cheap but it seems that they are not using Japanese capacitors. Is it a good PSU?
 
I would expect Mediocre build-quality. What is your budget and what will it be powering?
