FSB or Memory Timings?

Which yields better performance? A higher FSB or lower memory timings.

Say
350DDR w/ 3-3-3-6 vs 333DDR w/ 2-2-2-5?
 
amd = lower latencies are more important
intel = higher fsb is more important

just my opinion...
 
For real world performance, kind of depends on what systems your gonna be using and with what memory speeds.
