thanks but i would most likely be mire into the disks than the drive.

Prive drop on monitors.
 
I've got an LSI 9260-8i RAID card with a battery backup unit lying around doing nothing. I was going to use it in my gaming system for extra drives but ran out of expansion slots.

thanks but i will pass on the raid card as i will be using with freeNas.
 
I have 4x ST1000NM0023 that I'd be willing to give to you for super cheap. I really just want to get rid of them because i'm being accused of hoarding hardware.
