I think it'd be cool if we could have separate subforums for trading posts only. The main page in the FS/FT forum could be FS only and everyone else could post trades in a sub category. We get quite alot of the "super posts" if you will that always stay around etc.. because there always getting updated etc... thats cool but lets put all the trades in another subforum. I think this would streamline things a wee bit

Ah another classic example of poster should've done a little searching before posting...eh well :p In looking back at the threads its looks like this has been severly debated to no avail, maybe one day an amicable way to organize the FS/FT forums can be implemented cause its always seems like its a "Charlie Foxtrot" in there :D
 
Yeah, not gonna happen.

Maybe someone should sticky a thread or put it in the rules that says there will be no division of the FS/FT forum anywhere in the near future.

Maybe if its in BIG BOLD RED LETTERS people will catch on and realize that its not going to happen. :D

That doesn't mean it's the right answer.

I think the entire section should be broken up into categories, first by WTB / WTS, then by hardware type, ie. mobo, memory, CPU, vid card, etc... It would make it easier for potential buyers to find sellers and vice-versa, and make an overall improvement to the forum. There is so much activity there that in just a few hours a thread you posted will be 5 pages back.

Why can't this be done? Lazyness? Don't tell me its because you can't figure out a good way to organize it because it seems rather obvious to me.

It is the way it is and will remain the way it is because that is how the owner of this forum wants to have it organized....end of story. It's not up for a vote. If you read my earlier post with the link, you would have already come to that conclusion .
