frys here in sacramento has the envision eft 920 for $119.99 w/ $20 mail in. just thought some peeps might want to know.

what do we think about this monitor? any good for gaming/
 
Pure flat @ 1600 x 1200 @ 75hz is not bad at all (just fine for gaming). There are some 19" crt's that max 1600 x 1200 @ 60hz (unviewable for me and not acceptable for gaming) and there are some 19" crts that max at 1280 x 1024 which is unacceptable imho.

Monitor's are very much subject to opinion so you'll have to view and decide for yourself. If the monitors "sub par" or "not up to spec" then just return it for some other model... They run for $175 shipped @ newegg btw.
 
$175 + shipping? $119 out the door and i get it now.....and i get $20 back, in a few months.....i hate mail in rebates.

$175 shipped total and that is a good deal you're getting. Think of it this way, even if you dont get your rebate for whatever reason, you still got a hot price ;)
