I've been wondering if anyone has ordered anything from FrozenQ directly rather than threw another retailer and what kind of experience they have had.
I placed an order on October 23rd for a Liquid Fusion Dual Bay reservoir of which has an advertised ship to date of 10-14 business days. I didn't receive my order until 44 days later on December 22nd. There was never any attempt to try and communicate with me that my order would take such a long time and all my emails where responded to after several days and sometimes up to a week later.
On top of all of that. My order was missing a crucial spacer plate that goes with the D5 pump mount. Without it the mounting system doesn't work properly...
I'm currently waiting for them to get back to me to get this problem worked out.
Has anyone else had any issues with this company? Or am I an isolated case?
