Recently did a fresh install on Windows. Everything was running smooth before the install, now every time I try to access a hard drive that is not the system drive, it tells me "[Drive] is not accessible; the parameter is incorrect."
At first I thought it was just the drives because I did not unhook them when I did the Windows reinstall. So, I unhooked everything, reformatted system drive and reinstalled Windows again and then hooked up the drives. Same problem.
Lastly, I went out and bought a brand new hard drive today. Went to disk management, formatted the drive and at the end it tells me the format was not successfully completed and it is now saying the same thing. "Parameter is incorrect."
Anybody know anything about this? Frustrating....
