free router what to choose???

a friend is give'n me a router would any of you know which would be the better choice of the two??? D-Link DI-614+ rev. B and the other one is Linksys BEFSR41
i know one is wireless but is one better than the other as far as stability

I would take the Linksys over the D-Link unless you really want or need wireless.

Well yea that's way better than just having the Linksys or D-Link.

Take a look at IPCop also. I like it better than Smoothwall. IPCop has more options.

I would take the Linksys over the D-Link just on principle....D-Link sucks. Their tech support is atrocious!

I've been running my dlink di604 (the di614's older brother) for a couple years without any issues....

I emailed their tech support and got a reply in less than a day....

but im just one person...
