Forums displaying threads in a weird format

Since yesterday the forums have been showing up with some strange formatting issues for me at home.
I have tried Chrome and FIrefox, both display the same.
If I log out it is even more messed up.
I have tried on my PC and a tablet, both display the same way.
I have cleared the caches on both devices and browsers to no avail.

Same issue for me on multiple machines and mobile.

Sometimes it will be random, other times like right now every thread is showing in this annoying format.

For me, yes. Seems to be random too. Just refreshed and now it is good again.

It frankly looks like some CSS or dependencies are not loading right, I will try and get a grab from the console

I made several changes, please let me know if you still encounter such issue.

Seems to be helping. I browsed a bit more, saw the issue once or twice but refreshed the page and the issue went away (which before a refresh would not fix). Definitely seems like it was a cache issue.

Cleared caches again a few minutes ago and read a dozen or so threads.
All is working well again.
