Forum Pages Reloading

Today while reading the forum every page is reloading every 2 seconds. The only way to stop it is hitting the browser stop button. It is happening with both IE and Firefox and only when I am signed in. It seems to be the top ad banner is reloading over and over. Is it just me or everyone experiencing this?
