Daylight Saving Time is broken. The US switched back to standard time last week, but the forum is still displaying DST.
 
Your time is set to GMT -8, which is Pacific, DST is not in effect. If that is correct, then you are good. The forum time is set at GMT -6 which is Central Time Zone since it is located in Texas
 
The general disclaimer for the Help and Feedback forum is check your settings, log off, clear your cache and your cookies and log back on. Usually this will clear up 99% of the problems you are having especially when there is tweaking being done. I usually go one step further and do a DNS flush to make sure I'm springtime fresh :cool:
