Formating HD when using Raid-0 question

Hi,
I'm using 2x80GB Hitache Desktar in Raid-0 on my Asus Sk8n motherboard (promise raid controller). I'm selling my hard disks and I was wondering if the format procedure is the same? I would be using Killdisk free version. Do I need to 'kill' the raid before formatting?

no you don't need to kill raid, this http://dban.sourceforge.net/ is very good utility for wiping your disks clean.
