Format drive in external enclosure

Hey guys,
My external enclosure just arrived. I put in my brand spankin' new 200GB Seagate drive. Everything went ok with the installation and WinXP recognized the USB to IDE controller just fine.
The drive hasn't been formatted yet, so I assuming that is why WinXP won't show it yet.

The manual is either on the cd or just non-existent. So anyways...
Is there a way to format the drive in the enclosure? This would save me a headache. :)
