Folding@Home Performance

So I setup the Folding@Home console to run on my server. After kicking it off, the CPU never goes beyond 50%. This is a quad-core Q9450 with 8GB of RAM and very fast storage. How can I optimize the F@H client to utilize the entire CPU?
