OK... what are you guys setting the "Calibration value in impulses/liters" in AquaSuite. The default is 65535 and it tells me I have .68 l/h with the aquastream running at 70Hz.

Are you speaking in reference to the setting that allows you to calibrate different flow meters not manufactured by A-C? Or are you talking about the setting that equals so many impulses per quantity of water moving past the sensor? I think the one you want to change is the one that is probably set for about 550 ish and reset it for 509 IIRC.

OK... so set at 509 but it is jumping from 71 to 81.15 l/h. It will stay at 81.15-81.29 for 15 to 20 seconds and drops to 71 for about 5 seconds. This is at 64hz.

At 70hz, it jumps between 86.8 l/h and 87.31 l/h and is much more stable.

How about turning the pump Hz down a bit? Also do you have any air in that line?

Not overclock the pump? Are you serious?

I have found that below 69 is doesn't jump quite as much. I have also noticed that between 64-70HZ there is not much difference in the flow only alot of jumping, as you call it. A setting of 64 is quite stable in my setup.
