First Time water cooling

Hey, all this is my first time water cooling my PC, and I wanted to ask for some advice before spending too much money.

I recently bought a H220 AIO unit for 119.99 from ncix. And I wanted to use it to cool my overclocked 3570k and my XFX R290 (flashed with ASUS 290X bios).

My CPU already has an after market cooler that keeps it's temp under 70 degrees on full load, but this AIO's pump is integrated into the CPU block, so it would be pointless to not use it.

So my question now is, will the 12W pump be enough for two blocks? I've heard that on 40% duty, the pump is enough for the CPU. So maybe at 70 or 80% it will be able to handle a GPU aswell?

If not, can I install a second pump in series?
Also I haven't been able to find this info anywhere, but the stock tubing is 3/8 ID and 5/8 OD?

My case is the Fractal R2 XL.
Has room for two 2x140mm rads. (one in the front and one on top)
And has room for a 140mm rad on the back.
There's also mounts on the bottom of the case and the side door, but I don't think that's ideal.

I plan on replacing the stock fans with Noctua 14 rad fans. (I forgot if it was P14 or A14)
NCIX sells an external water reservoir for this kit, for 23$. Should I buy it to help eliminate air bubbles?
I live in Canada, so my only source for watercooling parts are NCIX and dazmode.
Thanks,
