First time liquid cooling GPUs

Hi Guys. First time soon-to-be watercooler and I'd love some help with my first build.

Basically, I want to make my (almost) 1-year old build more silent. Being able to overclock is nice, but this has 2nd priority.

The build consists of (among other stuff):

  • Cooler Master ACTS 840
  • I7-2600k /w Noctua D-14
  • 2x Club 3D 6950 (2gb) in Crossfire (stock cooler)

I am a student and I have limited funds. What I'm thinking is that i want to liquid cool the two graphics cards, since I am on a limited budget and the Noctua cooler is very silent as is.

Pump & Reservoir
Swiftech MCP35X /w Res

This should be sufficient for further upgrades for example indluding the CPU and another radiator.

VGA blocks
EK-VGA Supreme HF - Acetal

Seeing as this is half the price of a full cover block, I'm thinking I would get this and buy copper heatsinks cheaply for the VRMs and RAMs. Is this a totally silly idea?

Radiator
HW-Labs Black Ice - GTS 360 Xflow

The CM case comes with 2x 230mm fans which are very silent and they come with brackets so I can mount a radiator.

I'm not sure, but this seems like an alright radiator at a reasonable price. As far as I can tell it is compatible with the CM case.

In the future I should be able to include a CPU block and another radiator (be it with this hardware build or a new one)

Any pointers & help is greatly appreciated :)
