Just built my first water cooled machine, and at first I had some leaking, not leaking now, but I want to be more sure in the future not to leak. I used enzotech barbs:

I bought just standard metal squeeze type camps (same used on vacuum lines on cars), the problem is the width of the clamp is larger than the small area on the barb.

Are these any good?

Eventually I'll get around to posting a mini worklog of the system, but basically its 3930k o/c 4.4ghz, 65c, 3x120mm rad & 1x140mm rad stuffed into a Corsair 800D. ;)
More than enough mhz, just waiting on a hydro 780 now

Worm Gear Hose Clamps, cheap, effective, durable.

nope, get them at lowes, home depot, 99 cent store.

I got them from lowes for ,50 each

There are two kinds of clamps listed on this page: http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/hoseclamps.html

The first and most recognizable are the worm drive hose clamps. They are widely used.
Downside......if too tight can actually cut into the hose.

The second are the plastic "herbie" clamps. I have used them and they work great, but they can be a bitch to remove.

Either are acceptable and work fine. Sidewinders is a great place to get your watercooling stuff.

Personally, all I use now are compression fittings. I like the clean look, they never leak and are infinately reuseable.

+1 on worm gear clamps. As long as you tighten them enough, then it will be fine. And by tightening them enough, you're not trying to dig into the tubing. The flexibility of your tubing with the pressure from worm gear clamp should create a good enough seal. Kind of like o-rings, they don't need to fit exactly, it will deform from the pressure to create the seal.
